1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive confirmation from our team through phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email.

2. Fare Policy

• Taxi fares are calculated based on distance, vehicle type and route.
• Toll charges, parking charges and applicable state taxes may be charged separately unless otherwise specified.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Customers may cancel bookings before the scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the cancellation time and booking type.
• No refund will be provided after the trip has started.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and drop locations.
• Provide a valid mobile number for communication.
• Be available at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
• Maintain proper behaviour with drivers.

5. Driver Responsibilities

• Drivers will arrive at the confirmed pickup location.
• Drivers will follow safe driving practices.
• Drivers reserve the right to refuse service in case of abusive or unsafe behaviour.

6. Delays

While we strive to provide timely service, delays due to traffic, weather conditions, road closures or unforeseen circumstances may occur. 24 Hour Cabs shall not be held responsible for such delays.

7. Luggage

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for any loss or damage to luggage left inside the vehicle.

8. Payment

Payment can be made through cash, UPI, bank transfer or any accepted payment method. Full payment should be completed before or immediately after the trip unless otherwise agreed.

9. Website Usage

Users shall not misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its functionality, security or services.

10. Limitation of Liability

24 Hour Cabs is not responsible for losses, delays or damages arising from circumstances beyond our control, including accidents, natural disasters, strikes or government restrictions.
